THE ULTRA SEAT

The PX4 valves uses a special seat profile and compound allowing an unusually large variety of applications, the "Ultra" seat. This means you can use the same valve in many applications, it also means that an automated package can meet numerous application requirements without modification.

To this, EMC Controls added its proprietary rotating end flange design and a "universal" seat compound. All of these elements contribute to a valve that, within its design and application criteria, does not leak. It also fits a wide variety of applications and media, without having to be "custom-designed" or "custom-ordered"!
